Native browser dialogs

This optional dialog mode uses no Bootstrap or Foundation assets. Select a row and edit text, email, numbers, dates, a checkbox, multiple Select2 skills, and notes inside a custom template. Formatted cells use the original values when editing. Select several rows to preview deletion. Changes reset on reload.
